MotoMeds 2021

The primary focus of the campaign was to drive awareness of MotoMeds and raise funds for its fourth stage of growth. The Alpha PRoductions team hosted and promoted a virtual MotoMeds Showcase that educated donors and supporters on MotoMeds’ mission and services.

A two-week-long campaign that generated 50 registration for the virtual showcase through the email link and secured 46 attendees.

The number of email subscribers increased by 10.7% after the event.

From Nov. 15 - Dec. 6, the Twitter page had 45 post engagements (+43.8%) and gained 2 followers.

MotoMeds 2022

Our Alpha team was proud to help MotoMeds host its first annual MotoMeds Celebration. The team has built strong relationships with the communities it serves in Haiti, and it has been looking to expand its reach and connect with the Haitian community in Gainesville.

In January of 2022, the MotoMeds team came to us with an idea to host an in-person event that would bring MotoMeds together with Gainesville’s Haitian community. The goals for this event were to raise awareness of MotoMeds, connect with the Haitian community and fundraise. Our team was responsible for outreach and promotion for the event, in addition to some logistical assistance.

The first annual MotoMeds Celebration was held on April 6, 2022, at Cypress and Grove, with approximately 60 attendees. The event featured UF Club Creole, Germain’s food truck, and a local band called TLC. It also included a MotoMeds-themed photo booth, raffle prizes, and a silent auction. From the raffle and auction, MotoMeds raised $1,870. This was enough for MotoMeds to make 85 nighttime medical deliveries to children in Haiti.
